It takes an amazing degree of naiveite to believe that the Silicone
Valley crowd opposes TikTok (or anything else from China) for national security
reasons. We are sliding down a protectionist/industrial policy sloop that will
increasingly damage us over time. Determining true security risks is a tricky
business but any such findings and proposed remedies must apply to all app, whether
from China, Silicone Valley or wherever. I hope that America (my team) wins all
